Quote requests and other forms
Request a Quote sends your name, company, email, country and any optional product or technical details to our internal sales mailbox using Cloudflare Email Service. The receiving mailbox is hosted by NetEase (163.com); info@circudown.com is our public contact address. This form does not accept attachments; email specification sheets separately. Other forms remain previews: they validate your brief without emailing it, and downloaded drafts are saved on your own device.
Purpose and storage
We use quote details to respond to your request and related business correspondence, not to automatically publish your information or subscribe you to marketing. Submitted details are retained in the sales mailbox for handling that correspondence. The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry contents or intentionally log the submitted fields. Cloudflare stores a request reference, a hash and delivery status for duplicate prevention, with active records scheduled for deletion after 24 hours; infrastructure logs and backups may have separate retention. Hashed IP and email identifiers are used to limit excessive submissions. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Email info@circudown.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted. Include enough detail to identify your request. Hosting and email providers process information to deliver and protect the service, potentially in different countries. This notice describes the current technical workflow; company-specific retention schedules and jurisdiction-specific terms remain subject to company review.
