Composition and loft considerations
Consider down-rich compositions such as a 90/10 brief where low weight is central, but confirm cluster definitions and prototype performance. No universal ratio or loft value is recommended for every jacket.

Testing and destination-market requirements
Identify the destination market and exact standard edition. EN, JIS, USA-2000, KS, GB/T, QB/T and CNS requirements can be discussed. Material testing and finished-product testing serve different purposes; neither should be assumed to cover the other.
Qualify a sample before scaling
Assess the proposed filling in the actual construction. Record the approved material lot and test results, and agree how future lots will be accepted. Confirm sample dispatch, lead time and packaging for your order.
Specifications, samples and quotation
CIRCUDOWN supplies recycled duck down, goose down and feather to agreed purchasing briefs. There is no minimum order quantity. Material samples are free, with shipping paid by the customer. - End use: jacket, duvet, sleeping bag or another construction; share a specification sheet if available.
- Duck or goose down, white or grey appearance, and target down content with its definition and tolerance.
- Fill power target, unit, test method and conditioning procedure; say if these are still to be decided.
- Required testing standard and edition, certification or recycled-content claim, and supporting documents.
- Estimated quantity and unit, delivery destination, sample needs and requested delivery date.
