Make the ratio contract-ready

A 90/10 commercial label is not a complete technical specification. Clarify whether the percentage refers to down content or down cluster content, which components are counted, and what tolerances apply. Species, color and fill power need separate agreement.

Agree the specification before ordering

Confirm composition definitions and tolerances, species, permitted color variation, and loft with its units, method and conditioning. A product name or blend ratio is not a fixed stock specification.

Select the relevant standard and edition for the destination market: EN · JIS · USA-2000 · KS · GB/T · QB/T · CNS. Ask for lot-linked composition, loft and cleanliness results against your acceptance criteria; approve the sample in your actual construction.

Certification and documentation

Elly Feather & Down Product Co., Ltd. holds GRS 4.0 scope certificate IDF-25-946508, issued by IDFL and valid until 7 April 2027. The scope covers trading and warehousing/distribution of post-consumer recycled white and grey down and feathers. Certified shipments require a valid transaction certificate or equivalent covering the goods.

ELLY's OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate 2025OK2713 (AITEX) lists Product Class I, Annex 6, and is valid until 30 September 2027. Its scope covers white or grey duck and goose down and feathers from China. Confirm coverage for the supplied material. RDS and DOWNPASS are separate certifications and do not establish recycled content.
