For a light shell, evaluate a white candidate in the actual fabric. With an opaque shell, grey material can also be considered. Neither color determines warmth, cleanliness or fill power.

State any recycled-content certification, origin classification or third-party report requirement. Keep those documents distinct from the laboratory performance specification, and match both to the actual order.
