Document checkpoints before order approval
- Current scope certificate for the relevant entity and activity.
- Material description consistent with the proposed product.
- Applicable transaction documentation and order identity.
- Permission and eligibility for downstream labeling or claims.
Retain a separate technical specification
A certified option still needs agreement on composition, fill power, cleanliness and application performance. Request sample and laboratory evidence alongside certification documents. Certificate numbers will be published only after current documents and disclosure approval are provided.
