Document checkpoints before order approval

Retain a separate technical specification
ELLY's GRS 4.0 scope certificate is IDF-25-946508, issued by IDFL, with a stated expiry of 7 April 2027. It covers trading and warehousing/distribution of post-consumer recycled white and grey down and feathers. A certified shipment requires its own applicable transaction documentation. Composition, fill power and cleanliness remain part of the agreed technical specification.
The scope we can document
The supplied ELLY certificate concerns trading and warehousing/distribution. Do not interpret it as certification of recycling or manufacturing at every company site. The order review must identify the actual supplying entity, covered material and applicable transaction documents.
Specifications, samples and quotation
CIRCUDOWN supplies recycled duck down, goose down and feather to agreed purchasing briefs. There is no minimum order quantity. Material samples are free, with shipping paid by the customer. Send your requirements to request a specification proposal, sample arrangements and a quotation; lead time is confirmed per order.
What to include in your inquiry
A target is a request for review, not a confirmed available grade. CIRCUDOWN confirms the proposed material, test requirements, price and lead time before order approval.
- End use: jacket, duvet, sleeping bag or another construction; share a specification sheet if available.
- Duck or goose down, white or grey appearance, and target down content with its definition and tolerance.
- Fill power target, unit, test method and conditioning procedure; say if these are still to be decided.
- Required testing standard and edition, certification or recycled-content claim, and supporting documents.
- Estimated quantity and unit, delivery destination, sample needs and requested delivery date.
