Washing is not a complete hygiene specification
Recovered filling may contain residues that require removal during reprocessing. Washing, rinsing and subsequent drying should be evaluated as a controlled sequence, with suitable handling after treatment. Exact temperatures, durations and chemistry have not been published for CIRCUDOWN and must be requested.
Keep test purposes distinct

Do not infer untested health claims
A cleanliness result is not a universal microbiological clearance, and a treatment description does not establish that a product is hypoallergenic. Claims should match the tests performed and the scope of the evidence. If your market requires additional hygiene documentation, define that requirement before sampling.
Preserve the result after processing
Packaging, storage and shipment can affect material condition. Agree protection from moisture and contamination and inspect incoming lots against the approved specification. Investigate unusual odor or damaged packaging before use rather than relying only on an earlier report.
